Review:

Project You is a fantastic book that can help us calm down and destress while living our busy lives. This book contains a multitude of helpful tips and tricks that can really change your life when implemented everyday. Some of these techniques include meditation, journaling and yoga. These are three things which I have already worked into my life and I can say that they really help me keep track of my emotions during those hectic times.

Project You is a very important book for teenagers as nowadays it’s incredibly easy for us to become overwhelmed and stressed. And it’s imperative that our youth has the ability to alleviate these feelings before they become full blown catastrophes, Project You can help with this immensely.

I highly recommend this book to everyday, especially to those who feel like they need more control over their emotions and mentality. Project You will help you have a clearer mindset, letting you take control over your emotions before they take control of you.
